35kV Deadbreak Connecting Plug

The 15/25kV Deadbreak Connecting Plug from Richards provides a means to bolt together Deadbreak Elbows Connectors–either for branching off to parallel runs or to splice together Medium Voltage cable.

While our Deadbreak Connecting Plug is reliable and robust, there are limitations to this accessory. We saw the need for innovation and created a better way to connect together Deadbreak Elbows; our solution is the R-stack and you can find more information in our catalog and this website.

Richards 600/900-amp, 15/25kV and 35kV Class Separable Elbow Connector and Accesories have been designed and tested per the following industry standards:
