Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing processes. This role is critical to maintaining our commitment to quality and compliance with industry regulations, including ISO standards. The Quality Control Inspector will utilize various measurement tools and techniques to analyze product specifications and ensure adherence to quality control protocols.

Location: Onsite (Irvington, NJ) 

Hours: Night shift (Monday-Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • In-Process Inspection: Perform detailed in-process inspection of materials and products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Measurement and Testing: Use various measurement tools and testing techniques to assess product specifications and identify any discrepancies.
  • Quality Compliance: Ensure products meet all regulatory requirements, including ISO standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Documentation: Accurately document inspection results, quality control reports, and non-conformities for internal records and compliance purposes.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify quality issues, report them to management, and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Safety and Cleanliness: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish (bilingual candidates preferred).
  • Previous experience in quality control or a similar inspection role is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
  • Familiarity with measurement tools and quality control techniques.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
