Job Description

Performs the qualification test for Low and Medium Voltage products, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. 

 Location: Onsite, Richards Manufacturing Facility (Irvington, NJ) 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform root cause analysis and develop detailed product failure analysis reports.
• Execute product qualification testing and maintain accurate, thorough documentation of results.
• Manage and maintain the test area schedule to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of testing activities.
• Support the setup, operation, and ongoing production of electrical test cells.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teams to support plant operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a closely related academic field.

• Twenty four (24) months’ experience as an electrical engineer.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Hands-on technical aptitude with testing equipment and processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to work independently.
• High level of reliability, professionalism, and integrity.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and statistical analysis skills.
