Job Description

Support for Daily Operational and Administrative tasks on the MV Molding Floor

 Location: Onsite, Richards Manufacturing Facility (Irvington, NJ) 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Team members are following Safety Policies and are using proper PPE · Ensure proper Housekeeping Practices are followed
• Ensure Team members are following Work Instructions and filling Process Check Templates
• Work with Engineering to complete root cause / corrective action on Quality issues.
• Support Team Members to meet required output based on Capacity by Mold/Press
• Work with Production Scheduler / Production Mgr / Inventory Control & Wire Brush Leader to coordinate proper Wire Brush schedule
• Support Team Members to ensure transactions are completed correctly in D365 to drive inventory accuracy.
• Work with Leading Supervisor to make sure all personnel trainings are updated and maintained
• Coordinate training sessions related to production, safety and Quality
• Work with Production Manager on employee daily attendance
• Work with EHS group regarding updated procedures and weekly tasks

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years managing and supervising groups larger than 10 employees
• Minimum of 3 years in Manufacturing environment
