This video demonstrates the installation of a Richards Deadbreak Extension Adapter with a JSCS Series Cold Shrink Sleeve on jacketed concentric neutral (JCN) power cable. The DE provides a robust solution for extension of medium voltage power cable. Applications include extending a connection to reach new equipment (e.g. live front to dead front conversion) and replacing damaged cable/accessories. This video is for demonstration purposes only and should not be used in place of approved product training or installation instructions.
